For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

- Day 1: Hanoi - Tuan Chau - Halong bay

07:30 – 08:30: Optional shuttle bus pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter.
08:30: Departure to Halong Bay for 3.5 Hours.
10:00: Arrive in Hai Duong province, and have 20 minute short break.
12:00: Arriving in Tuan Chau harbor, Halong Bay.
12:15: Welcome to Rosa Cruise and enjoy Welcome drink, Enjoy welcome drink get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.
12:30: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
14.00: Visiting Halong Pearl Farm Village.
14:30: Arriving in Tung Gau area ( Where being used for movie King Kong) , where you can enjoy kayaking to visiting around the floating fishing village and Natural Reserve of Lan Ha Bay.
16:00: Continue exploration the bay.
17.00: Back to Rosa Cruise and relax on boat to enjoy Sun Set Party on Rosa Cruise’s SunDeck
19:00 Enjoy special BBQ seafood on the cruise.
21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, karaoke, squid fishing, and overnight on the Rosa Cruise.Meals: L, D

- Day 2: Halong bay - Pearl Farm Village

06:30: Tai Chi class on the Sun-deck.
07:30: Have breakfast with Coffee, tea and Bakeries on board.
08.30 – 12.30: Transfer to day boat for visiting the area of Bright and Dark Cave.
Kayaking and swimming at Three Peach Beach, a pristine natural one lapped by turquoise water (if the weather permit).
12.30: Back to boat. Lunch is served.
14:00 – 14:30: Visiting Pearl Farm Village.
16:00: Return to Rosa Cruise. Cooking demonstration will be on the sun-deck. Let’s see how to make the fresh/fried spring rolls and mix fish-sauce. Enjoy sunset party with fruits and wine.
19:30: Under the magnificent night sky, in magic atmosphere in Halong Bay, Our luxury set-menu dinner is served with a variety of Vietnamese and Asian foods.
21:00: Evening activities include:
+ Join the squid fishing on boat with our crews. You can enjoy the squid cooked with assistance from our chef.

Our room was lovely. Floor to ceiling windows with ocean views. Comfortable bed with mini fridge in the room. The bed was all done up with rose petals as a honeymoon treat for us. The room was clean and furnishings modern. The food was amazing. We requested vegetarian meals and got served first with separate dishes. The dishes were diverse and tasty. Massive portions and lots of variety. We definitely weren't hungry. The meals were well spaced and there was tea and fruit when we returned from excursions. The activities were good fun. Cave exploring was exciting as we had never done it before. The pearl farm was ok. A bit of a tourist trap but it was only a short visit and something to see. Kayaking was super fun and we were given plenty of time to do so. We were brought to a secluded area to swim and when one guest wanted to jump off the boat one more time the staff waited for him before removing the ladder even though they'd already pulled it up. They also had warm towels waiting for us when we surfaced. Staff were attentive and friendly. The second day we were brought out to a separate group where Dan "the man" led us. He was one of the highlights of the trip. So funny and always cracking jokes. He was really generous with his time and helped everyone take group photos. We spent 2 nights to really enjoy the views which are unbelievably breathtaking. It was worth spending the extra night so we could really take in the views and relax for that bit longer. Fresh towels were provided for us by the staff and they gave us a complimentary drink also on account of our honeymoon. Highly recommend!

Great time with Rosa on Halong Bay. Harry was a really good tour guide who was very friendly, informative and enthusiastic. He spoke great English and gave us some good recommendations for the rest of our travels. Our advice would be to 100% do the 2 nights as it allows you see more of Halong Bay and spend more time exploring the caves and hidden areas of the bay. The boat was clean, comfortable, pleasant and offers great food.
